Who we are
KoDo is a law firm for employment law consisting of Angela Kolovos, lawyer and specialist lawyer for employment law and Jessica Donner, legal assistant and office manager. We are both committed to labor law on the employee side and are therefore tireless fighters in this field - and will be happy to do the same for you in the future! We have been doing this very successfully in our own office since 2019 and we can look back on much longer professional experience in this field: Jessy Donner since 2008 and Angela Kolovos since 2009.
What we do
With passion and conviction - employment law for works councils
Assessor in conciliation committees
Advice in accordance with Section 80 (3) BetrVG
Negotiation of works agreements with the employer
Representation in and out of court
We handle all collective employment law issues such as working hours, social compensation plans and reconciliation of interests, mobile working, the introduction of cameras or software and much more.
With empathy and assertiveness - employment law for employees
Legal Advice
Representation in court
Out-of-court representation vis-à-vis the employer
Here we deal with all issues that you encounter in your workplace such as dismissals, discrimination, pay issues, problems with taking leave, etc.
While Angela Kolovos takes care of all of this as a lawyer, Jessy Donner is your contact with the office and provides you with careful support on all other issues that arise.
Angela Kolovos also trains works council members for ver.di and IG Metall. She also occasionally writes specialized articles on employment law topics for labor law journals or websites.
Charges
Our charges are solidarity-based, which means for us that we are
always transparent,
in accordance with the statutory fees (important for legal expenses insurance) and
only charge after the matter has been concluded.
We also allow payment in installments if necessary and also support and accept counseling aid and legal aid mandates. Do not hesitate to ask us about the costs of our work!
We have hourly rates for works councils that are in line with the market and are reduced for employers in social sectors.
